Competent staff and well priced accommodation. Non-smoking and brand-new units with a nice view. Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was good. We had a very very good experience here...

Our stay was a perfectly pleasant experience. Everything was very clean, including best staff and perfect location right next to the train station. The twin room was well furnished, very well taken care of. The bed was comfy and the balcony had particularly good views.

Picturesque location, the restaurant was outstanding and the service was excellant. Stuff charming & where eager to help until we checked out. The breakfast was savoury with healthy variety.

The place was clean and staff were consistently courteous, I loved lovely location. Buffet breakfast, appetising food. The standard room was warm, had exceptionally good views. Restaurant in hotel was great and the pool area was great. There were free internet and free parking available.

A view of the harbor from our window. Ucc coffee museum and other tourist destinations where situated a short walk to this place. Kobe airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Trente et Un that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
